Sustainability

Low Maintenance and drought tolerant plants are self-sustaining without supplemental irrigation

Custom Seating Areas

Drawing from materials found in the surrounding built environment, our Landscape Development Team constructed custom radiused planters of stainless steel and exquisite black granite. These planters featured built-in benches, which created seating areas and opportunities for social gatherings. An intricate pattern that followed the circular layout of the plaza was laid into the granite paving.

An artist's touch

Professional artists were brought on board. Their goal was to design unique glass sculptures that would flank each end of the plaza and emphasize the vertical nature of the building’s architecture. With large seasonal containers and custom lighting, this plaza complimented the architecture of the office building at all times of the day.

Self-sustaining garden

Always keeping the environment in mind, especially in the heart of the city, we introduced large multi-level Xeriscape planters around the building that showcased beautiful, low-maintenance, drought tolerant perennials. By choosing the appropriate plant material for each location, we provided lush gardens that were self-sustaining, without the need for supplemental watering from irrigation. Our staff were on-site every day to clean up any litter and debris and care for the gardens to ensure that the property was always in pristine condition.
