A planting installation and new asphalt driveway, bordered with concrete and custom stone entry pillars, brought new life to this residential front yard. The pillars paired well with the new stone terrace at the entrance of the house, while stone, stucco and iron railings were chosen to match the architectural style of the residence.
A custom entry gate, located at the side of the house, is framed by slender stone columns. It has been constructed to match the new perimeter fencing. The horizontal planking of the fence creates a unique visual effect, while providing improved privacy for the clients.
A gunite pool is accompanied by a spill-over spa feature and a large lounge area is located along the back deck of the pool. The architectural focal point of the rear yard, a large custom stone fireplace, provides a backdrop for the lounge area while hiding added storage space from view. Complimenting the lounge area are a custom radiused bar and barbecue, which make this outdoor space a perfect social hub.
