Water Efficiency
With our commitment to sustainability and to Growing a Greener Future™, International Landscaping facilitated LEED certification of this Mississauga building by re-designing the green spaces with native species and drought tolerant plant material. The building eliminated its need for an automated irrigation system and significantly reduced overall water consumption.
Changing it up with the seasons
We installed two large seasonal planters on either side of the building’s front entrance to keep things looking fresh and inviting. These planters are updated every season with elaborate seasonal planting displays that welcome tenants and guests.
The turf areas of this commercial property are kept lush through seasonal aeration, de-thatching, top-dressing, overseeding, regular fertilization and weekly service
Beet Juice ice melter
In the winter, we continue to keep the green initiative going by implementing an industry-leading ice-melter that contains organic beet juice, which increases its efficiency and reduces its application rate.
