Pay: CA$25.00-CA$35.00 per hour
Hiring a Crew Leader to support our landscape and snow removal operations team. This position plays a key role in leading crews in the successful completion of landscape and snow services.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping industry experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Valid G Driver’s Licence
- Ability to lead and motivate crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and support landscape crews in the completion of outside work for our clients.(Both summer and Winter)
- Provide maintenance service in summer and snow removal services in winter
- Assist with loading, transportation, and the safe operation of vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
- Ensure crew members follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with forepersons, managers, and other crew members to ensure sites are maintained to the highest standard.
- Assist with general site maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping/snow industry experience in a supervisory or crew leadership capacity.
- Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labour.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, quality, and safety.
