Site Cleanup Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Debris removal, garbage pickup, and general site cleanup of our portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties in the West GTA 
  • Walking and or driving with provided site vehicles (RTV, golf cart, etc.) to monitor for accumulation of debris and unwanted materials.
  • Record and document completed tasks and communicate with clients, managers and other staff.
  • Coordinate/schedule work with some level of autonomy.
  • Other site-specific duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience working independently, meeting tight deadlines, and managing your own resources, equipment and materials.
  • Belief in a sustainable approach to environmental management is a requirement.
  • Experience working with and managing crews is an asset.
  • Experience working with liquid de-icers, and liquid anti-icing equipment is an asset.
  • Experience with landscape management, in general, is an asset.
  • DZ/AZ license is an asset. Full G license is a base-level requirement.
